Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huizhou Welgao Electronics Co., Ltd., was established on June 1, 2004 and is located in Boluo County, Huizhou City, Dawan District, Guangdong Province. In September 2023, it was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 301251.

The company mainly engages in the research and development, production, and sales of printed circuit boards, including double-sided boards and multi-layer boards. The product types cover thick copper boards, Mini LED photoelectric boards, flat transformer boards, etc. The products are applied in industrial control, display, communication equipment, automotive electronics, new energy, consumer electronics, and other fields.
