As the ancients said: "The ancient scholars must have a teacher", a teacher is one who transmits the Tao, imparts knowledge and resolves.

On November 12th, a significant "apprenticeship ceremony" was held in the first-floor hall of the Thailand division of "Wil Smart Classroom".

The ceremony was presided over by Vice President Rao Jianwu of the Group's Human Resources Center.

The newly sworn master-apprentice pairs took the stage one by one, among them were not only experienced old employees but also young employees with dreams., we inherit not only skills but also the friendship and culture between China and Thailand.

Mr. Poomeak, the production manager, expressed his heartfelt blessings and high expectations to each master-apprentice pair, shared valuable experiences from career, and gave one-on-one guidance and advice to each apprentice, encouraging them to continuously improve their professional skills, perfect their personalities, and contribute to the development of Thai division together.
